Blue Ribbon aims to provide schools with a diagnostic assessment tool for every grade that will be tested under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.

Students in the USA will now be tested every year, in grades 3 through 8.
Science testing will be added from 2008 in Grades 5 and 8 .
